Thanks Tunde and Femi for setting this up. Nice and cheap way to communicate our thoughts to one another, being so far apart. Lets keep talking (Communicating) at least.
Thanx Dele for the encouragement!! Trust that you and family are doing well. We are kind of learning as we go along. Feel free to play around with the blog.
Yes Tunde, the whole idea seem so wonderful to me, I am planning to get my COSCAP to use it to bring the family of States together(there are seven of them). At the moment, it is quite difficult to reach poeple on their e-mails on a regular basis, and there are questions they would have liked to ask before our six monthly meetings. I hope they will buy into this. Its so easy to use. Any idea where i can find explanatory material on benefits and use? Is it possible to upload pictures and Manuals?
Dele not certain you can maitain enough privacy.Seems other people can see ones blog even though they cannot perticipate. So I would suggetst a more secure route.
Happy new year every body.I'm wondering if we can give the blog site another go this year.I have been asked by Aunty Ade Odiakosa and Dele Saegbon to revisit the blog site.Come on board every one we can do it. Hows that for encouragement. Tunde Sonuga

Get more nutrition from your blueberries by tossing them into a steamy bowl of oatmeal instead of cold cereal and milk.
Why? Because a recent study revealed that combining blueberries and milk in the same meal could block your body's absorption of the antioxidant goodness in the berries.
The ABCs of Antioxidant Absorption Blueberries are packed with powerful phenolic antioxidants that help keep you young by combating oxidative stress. Problem is, these superchemicals don't always make it from your mouth to your bloodstream; you probably absorb less than 5 percent of the phenolics you get from foods. And certain food combos don't help. When researchers had volunteers eat blueberries with a chaser of water or milk, the blueberry-and-milk combo resulted in significantly fewer phenolics being absorbed compared with the berries-and-water combo. (Find out how blueberry polyphenols help your brain.)
It's really exiting to see this kind of networking happening. I spoke to Uncle Sunmolu and Dr mrs Odiakosa last night as well. May be I should tell my kids first week in March is our household family week. Anyway, for the benefit of family members not familiar with me, I am the second of 5 children of Oluseun (Nee Sogbesan), who's the second of Late Mama(Christiana), who happened to be Late Mrs Beckley's younger sister. In essence, Mama begat, Oluseun, and Oluseun begat myself. I am currently blessed with 3 children in a family of 5, and married to my grandaMa's namesake christiana, Nee Macjob. We are currently based in New Jersey in the United States. My children's names are Temilade 14(male), Oyinade 11 (female), and Omolade 5 (male).
Welcome Bunmi it is great to meet you.Let me introduce myself as you have done.I like the way you made the connection. I am Ayotunde Sonuga the yougest daughter of late Dr.Ayodele Sasegbon son of Moses Sasegbon. I am married to Femi Sonuga. We are blessed with 2 children. Femie (girl) 23yrs old and Yemie (girl) 20 years old.We live in Edmonton Alberta,Canada.
This is Aunty Laide through the hands of one of my grandchildren. Point of correction, Dr Ayodele Sasegbon, was the son of Daniel Taiwo Sasegebon (DT), who is the son of Moses Sasegbon. Therefore, Moses Sasegbon was your great-grandfather, while DT Sasegbon was your grandfather. I should be able to keep in touch, when I am near my grandson.
Well done girl, keep it up. We have to keep the family together.
